Correspondence
While she served in Florida, Dina maintained a fairly regular correspondence with her parents back in Cleveland. Many of Dina's letters, particularly those during her first few months of her training in Palm Beach, were saved. Below are images of the letters themselves (click on each for a larger view.)
The letters were written on a variety of paper types with a variety of inks, and in many cases, the contrast/brightness of the scans has been adjusted to make them easier to read. Dina occasionally wrote the wrong date or day of week on letter; the dates shown in the captions are the ones I believe to be correct, based on context.
The letters will be transcribed eventually. Images are the property of the website owner; please do not 'pin' or repost anywhere without consent of owner.
